Great Things For 2007

First off, Welcome.
At this time I'd like you to know that I will be giving you a summary and or my insights as to what is going on here in the southeast concerning our real estate market here in the Myrtle Beach area and would like to assist you in any way I can.
That said, I will be posting frequently to better educate my viewers of this area. As some of you are aware great things are happening here at the beach. We have many projects underway and many that will be following promptly. Activity in our market seems to be looking great here in the early month of January and one would assume to expect great opportunities for 2007! I have helpful links on the bottom of the page that you might find educational if you would like more information at this time. For now, I would like you to know that there are many things to be excited about here at the beach! So many positive changes around us it is just breath taking how fast it is all happening. Starting in 2007, I will be posting exciting investment opportunities on the North & South Carolina coastline. The majority of the information will be concentrated to the areas of Myrtle Beach, SC and the Brunswick County Beaches in NC. This will be a great opportunity to become educated, ask questions, and stay informed as to what is going on here on the Southeastern coastline.
